We have an exciting opportunity in our Appliance Business Unit for a proven International Account Manager. If you have an outgoing personality and enjoy a fast paced, challenging work environment this job is for you.
The ideal International Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining multiple customers in our International Markets, specifically Mexico. Qualified candidates will have fluent writing and speaking skills in Spanish.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Coordinating program launches by closely working with the customer, engineering, purchasing and quality representatives, and internal staff, ensuring an effective, timely, and overall successful program launch.
- To ensure a successful product launch you will coordinate Advanced Product Quality Planning.
- Correspondence with international customers during evening and weekend hours, on an as needed basis.
- Travel to customers and target accounts to meet on programs and/or resolve production related problems.
- Responsible for maintaining customer margin expectations thru managing finished goods, inventory, accounts receivable, quality and production costs.
- Recommend alternative constructions to improve our cost competitiveness, reduce scrap, and or improve the potential process ability of a program.
Requirements:
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to adapt to foreign business culture.
- Ability to build and maintain Customer Relationship?s.
- Experience operating in a TS16949 and ISO14001 environment.
- Prior experience planning and estimating quote packages.
- Knowledgeable about the printing industry and printing processes.
Preferred Experience:
- Four year college degree preferred, with an emphasis on International business, sales, marketing and/or engineering.
- 2 ? 5 years of prior sales and marketing experience.
- Experience working with customers and manufacturers in Mexico.
